As the NDGPS Program Manager, you will be responsible for the technical, cost and schedule performance of the NDGPS, as managed currently through the United States Coast Guard under a Memorandum of Agreement, and serve as the chair of the NDGPS Policy and Implementation Team. You also will lead radio frequency spectrum management and analysis tasks in close coordination with other DOT Operating Administrations and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).  You will provide expert advice specifically on issues of harmful radio frequency interference and operational degradation to DOT operations and planned operations, and serve as DOT’s representative to the Interdepartmental Radio Advisory Committee (IRAC).
